Components Management
After the components arrive in the warehouse, the warehouse management will carry out the inventory and place them in the place to be inspected, and then go for the relevant arrival inspection.
The inspection includes: product name, model specification, manufacturer, Date code, shelf life, quantity, packaging condition and certificate of conformity, etc.
After receiving the qualified inspection report, the warehouse keeper will go through the warehousing procedures, and move the components to the qualified area. If not pass, need to go on unqualified process.
Storage management, component storage area, sub-regional goods are classified according to component attributes and models, placed on the shelves and marked according to the principle of upper light and lower weight, components that require refrigeration and frozen storage, store in refrigerator, freezer.
